Ross Stores is the largest off-price retailer in the U.S., offering unbelievable in-store bargains on name brands.

As the lead strategist, I was responsible for performing primary and secondary research, facilitating ideation sessions, pitching the solution to stakeholders, and collaborating with developers and designers on execution.
